why do you think that only your opinion matters?
you should learn to listen to the voices of others.
maybe you are more experienced
maybe you have been in it longer than i have been alive
but you still don't give the chance to hear us.
maybe you are nice
but in emails and in person
you sometimes sound condescending
you ask for questions and then rebuke them.
